CoachBank is a coaching and education product. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and sign-in method, used only to create and secure your account.
- Coaching data: the goals, commitments, action items, session summaries and coach preferences you create, so your coaches can remember context between sessions.
- Usage analytics (optional): anonymous page views and product events such as signing up or starting a session. This only runs if you accept analytics in the consent banner, and it never includes the content of your coaching conversations.
What we never do
- We never sell your data or share your coaching conversations with advertisers.
- We never use advertising cookies or ad personalization.
- Analytics events never contain your messages, goals text, or any personal coaching content.
Your choices
- Analytics: you can accept or decline analytics when the consent banner appears. Your choice is remembered on this device.
- Your data: you can edit or delete goals, commitments and memories from your account at any time.
- Questions or deletion requests: contact us via the Wet Ocean contact form linked in the footer.
How data is stored
- Your account and coaching data is stored securely in our cloud backend with row-level access controls, so only you can read your private coaching data.
- Community posts you mark as public are visible to other members; everything else stays private by default.
